Because the home sits on a narrow inlet, it isn't set up for docking large boats. The mooring area isn't available for guest use, but kayaks and other small watercraft can be secured to the walkway using the provided cleats. Are pets allowed? No, pets aren't allowed at this property. That said, the owners have a pet that lives at the residence while they are present.
