Located just 15 minutes from the iconic Las Vegas Strip 🎰 and 15 minutes from the airport ✈️, you’ll enjoy unbeatable convenience while having the privacy and comfort of a full property to yourself. The space 🛏️ Bedrooms & Comfort Our home features 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating large groups of 16 people without ever feeling crowded. Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring fresh linens and a relaxing atmosphere after a day of Vegas excitement. The house also includes multiple bathrooms 🚿 stocked with essentials, so everyone can get ready with ease. 🚪Room 1 (master with attached bathroom): 1 king + 2 twin (daybed) 🚪Room 2 (attached bathroom): 1 king 🚪Room 3: 1 king 🚪Room 4: 1 king (Room 3 & 4 share 1 jack-n-jill full bathroom) 🚪Room 5: 1 queen + bunk bed (2 twin) 🚪Room 6: 1 king 🚪Room 7 (game room): 2 twin (Room 6 & 7 will share 1 full bathroom) 🚪Room 8 (EDU that is attached to the house) has its own living room with a sleeping sofa (queen size), mini fridge, mini bar, 1 bedroom that has 1 queen & full bathroom 🎮 Entertainment for Everyone Entertainment is at the heart of this property. We provided our lovely customers with lots of entertainment amenities. Customers can enjoy hours of fun with the arcade machine🕹️, group bonding with board games🎲, challenge friends at the pool table🎱, or play outdoor activities such as a game on the pickleball court or a round of mini golf⛳️ . On warm days, take a refreshing dip in our beautiful swimming pool, or simply relax poolside with a drink in hand 🍹. Free parking is available on the property. We can accommodate 3 cars on the driveway. Our next project is building a nice and complete outdoor kitchen. However, a propane & charcoal BBQ is available per request (need at least 2 days' notice). Please do clean before and after use, as we don't maintain the grill Pool heater - Pool/Spa heater is available for a fee of $150/day and must be paid for the entire stay with 5 days' advance notice, as it takes 48 hours for the pool to heat up, and we have to schedule for it to be turned on Trash bins - the bins are scheduled to be picked up on Saturday morning, so please help us push them out on the curbside on Friday night and push them back in once picked up. Please let us know if you cannot do it; we are happy to stop by. If the bins are not out by Friday night, we may need to stop by unannounced to push them out. The bins may be located inside the garage Parking - we can accommodate 4 cars on the driveway. If you have more than 4 cars, please contact us for permission and instructions Shipping - we don't have access to the mailbox; thus, please don't ship anything to the house Grill - guests are expected to clean before and after use. Please also refill propane if empty. We are not responsible for maintaining the grill Fire pit - Sunken Fire pit has no fire for safety purposes. We will remove this note when it is safe to use Exterior cameras - We installed exterior cameras for safety reasons Please don't be surprised if you see pool maintenance or yard maintenance working, as they are scheduled to come out once a week
