The space House has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms—3 rooms include a queen bed each and the 4th rooms has two twin beds, bath and hand towels included. Living room has a sofa that can be converted into a 6th bed. Blankets are under the sofa compartment. Back shed has an outdoor dining table and a grill so you can have a cook out. Washer and dryer. Kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, electric water kettle, stove with oven, toaster, blender, pots and the essential. Guest access Guests have access to to the whole house. And back yard shed with a grill to have a cook out. PARKING NOTICE FOR GUESTS PLEASE PARK ONLY ON THE CONCRETE DRIVEWAY. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS OR DIRT AREAS. THE CITY OF SOTO IS ISSUING FINES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE, AND GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY FINES RECEIVED. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. 3. If additional guests are staying, there will be an extra charge of $30 per person per night. 4. Any additional visitors must be approved by the host and there is going to be a fee of $10 per visitor. 5. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and no visitors are allowed on the property between these hours.
