#3 Bedroom: Forget your worries in this spacious and tranquil space. This beautiful room has one queen-size bed, windows, and closet. It shares a full bathroom with two other rooms. Common area: The main floor has additional shared spaces — kitchen, dining room, powder room (half bath) and living room. I live in the house, too, and work from home. HOUSE GUIDELINES AND THINGS TO NOTE 🅿️ STREET PARKING: Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4 should park on the main residential street that leads to house and walk on private road to the house. There is no parking on private road. Driveway spots are reserved for the Master Suite and Junior Suite. 🅿️ 📣 HOUSE RULES 📣 -- No smoking -- No parties or events -- Be respectful, courteous, and considerate of the neighbors and others in house. -- Follow parking instructions. If confused or unsure, please ask. -- Enjoy the shared spaces and clean/tidy up after yourself. -- Only guests on reservation are allowed to be on premises/house. -- In general, guests don't have access to basement* and should not go into anyone else's room -- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM; use headphones after 9pm and minimize noise as much as possible; showering is okay. ☮️ SHARED SPACES ☮️ -- Kitchen - Please label your food. Clean, wash and put away anything you use, including dishes. -- Dining Room - Feel free to sit down to eat or work. -- Living Room - Relax and enjoy. TV will be up in a few days. -- Powder Room - Feel free to use this bathroom. -- Laundry* - Available upon request only as it's in basement and I’m doing laundry throughout the day so we’ll need to coordinate.
