Permit: STR25-000567 The space There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and an open, airy loft space for kids and family to hang out and enjoy a slower pace of life with board games, puzzles, and movies. There is also incredible outdoor deck space in the front and back to take in the beautiful weather and breeze that the Island brings. The detached garage is home to several bikes and beach equipment you're welcome to use. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a sandy day at the beach. Guest access Once you access the Island you will enjoy the slow pace of life in the low country that only Seabrook Island provides. Bikers, walkers, golf carts, and dogs take to the tree-lined streets en route to the club, lake house, equestrian center, golf or tennis areas. Just outside the gates of Seabrook, you'll find endless options of food, drink, and entertainment at Bohicket Marina and Market as well as Freshfields Village. Other things to note You may pre order amentity cards for beach club access. There is a $50 daily fee or $300 weekly fee.
