Our property is fully equipped for families with children; please let us know before your arrival if you require a crib, high chair, or swing, all of which are provided free of charge. The house features a spacious layout, a large pool, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking and baking. Outside, you will find a private, fenced yard with a BBQ and an outdoor dining table that seats six, plus two additional garden chairs. For your entertainment and comfort, three bedrooms are equipped with new smart TVs featuring Netflix and comfortable mattresses. The fourth bedroom includes a king bed and a twin rollaway bed. We also provide both bath and pool towels, and the living area features a 60-inch TV with a wide selection of channels. Please note that we maintain a strict no-party policy and ask that you keep noise levels down out of respect for the neighborhood. By accepting this reservation, guests agree that the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises. All guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property. We are happy to provide local recommendations during your stay. Guests must be 21 years or older. The check-in time might be at 5 PM. if guests are checking out the same day. In order to arrive at a clean and sanitized home, we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed. Other things to note Please review the following important information regarding your stay: Pool Safety and Liability The pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Patio doors are equipped with alarms that can be toggled on or off. By accepting this booking, you acknowledge this liability waiver and accept full responsibility for the safety of all guests. Pool Maintenance Service is not available on weekends or holidays; if you check in during these times, the pool will be serviced the following week. - Summer Schedule: Mondays and Fridays. - Fall/Winter (Starting in October): Mondays only Please note there are no set arrival times for these services. If a storm or high winds occur during your stay, please notify us. While weather in Las Vegas is unpredictable, we will do our best to schedule a cleanup for the next business day. A pool net is also available for your use. Property Details - Landscaping: There is no set schedule for landscaping services. - Grill: A gas grill is available. If the tank runs out, you may refill it at a local gas station and send us the receipt for full reimbursement. - Laundry: Located in the outside shed. We recommend doing laundry during daylight hours as there is no outdoor lighting. - New Master Bedroom: Please be aware there is a step-down when entering this room. - Amenities: Please request a pack-and-play or high chair in advance if needed. - Home Condition: As this is an older house, you may encounter normal wear and tear. Pet Policy A maximum of two pets are allowed but must be included in your reservation. - Fees: There is a one-time pet fee of $100. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. - Rules: Pets must not be left unattended.
