Included on the grounds for your use are gas and charcoal grills, 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, seasonal heated pool, pay laundry on 2nd floor of building. The space This is a private studio condo, you will be the only ones inside the unit. Upgraded private wifi. Condo is equipped with Alexa for your enjoyment, acting as an easy to use concierge. Option to turn on/off condo lighting and control the thermostat by voice command. Numerous USB ports for your convenience. Smart TV, access your personal account for Pandora, Netflix, etc. Love music? Use our Bluetooth speaker mounted above the tv. Enjoy our well equipped kitchen, everything from a bagel slicer to a turkey roasting pan. In addition to our top notch housekeeper, I am there twice a year to do a deep clean and add upgrades.
