Therefore, Avento Residencial is one of the buildings with the highest level of security in the city, with 24/7 surveillance, controlled access and a registration system for all visitors. 👮🏻‍♂️ To maintain this high level of security, the building uses a platform called Residentfy, through which the entry of each guest is registered. 📲 Before your arrival Once your reservation is confirmed, we will ask you for a photo of a valid government-issued ID of the person responsible for the reservation. 🪪 This information is used *exclusively* to generate your access to the building and to record your visit in the system. 🚗 On the day of your arrival When you arrive at the security booth, you just have to: 🔹 Present the QR code that we will send you before your check-in. 📱 🔹 Show a valid government-issued ID. The name must match the one registered in the QR Code. 🪪 🔹 The guard will scan your QR code and, using the Residentfy system, will record your visit by taking a photograph of your ID. 📸 Once this process is completed, you will receive an access card🪪, which will allow you to: - Access the building. - Use the elevators. - Enjoy the amenities throughout your stay. 🔒 For security reasons, each card is programmed exclusively for the floor and apartment of your reservation. ⏱️ This entire process usually takes less than a minute and allows us to provide a much safer environment for our guests and residents. 💬 If you have any questions before your arrival, we will be happy to help you.
