Parking for 2 cars, one in the garage and one in the driveway. No street parking. The kitchen is fully outfitted for home cooking, featuring stone countertops, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a 4-burner gas stove, and all the essentials: pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster oven, tea kettle, rice maker, and both drip and Chemex coffee makers. The adjacent dining area includes bench seating for meals together and additional stool seating at the kitchen counter. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
