Welcome to Sandy Toes Beach Escape, Your one-of-a-kind tropical getaway. This remodeled one bedroom condo has a large balcony off the living room and smaller balcony of the master bedroom. It’s ideal for relaxing, enjoying sunsets, or listening to the waves. Perfect for romantic escapes, family vacations, or a peaceful beachfront retreat. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just some time to recharge by the ocean, this spot delivers that true “beachfront bliss” The space Discover the ultimate getaway at Ocean Reef Resort, where fun and relaxation await at every turn! Our Beautifully renovated condo on the 5th floor sleeps 6. It has a king bed, sleeper sofa and murphy bed ideal for couple or families. Our condo has its own washer and dryer for vacation convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new full-size stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, mounted microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of cabinet space. You can cook all meals in the condo or if you prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach is packed with amazing restaurants just minutes away, and delivery services as well. Unfortunately, we do not rent to local guests Guest access No waiting at the front desk of the resort! Keyless entry to the condo ensures seamless check-in process. Codes to the keypad will be provided the day prior to check-in. Easy access private parking lot (open air) across the street from the resort. There is also a parking garage with a height clearance of 7 ft. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. There are plenty of luggage carts to help you get your stuff to the condo. Once you have unloaded your belongings, please take a parking pass to your car and place it so that it is visible. Other things to note Please do not bring luggage carts into the room as to keep it in the best condition possible. There is no daily housekeeping. The condo has all fresh cleaned linens and towels for your stay. Each guest is provided with one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. If you would like additional towel sets during your stay, we're happy to provide them for a service fee of $40 to cover laundering and delivery. We provide our guests with bath towels, wash cloths and bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. You are encouraged to bring more especially for extended stays. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. TRAVELERS INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE CONSIDER PURCHASING THROUGH AIRBNB. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay! Please keep in mind that the condo is privately owned, and while we do our best to provide a comfortable space, the owners (and their agents) aren’t responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the property or while using its amenities. We also recommend keeping an eye on your personal belongings, as the owners aren’t responsible for lost or misplaced items. By confirming your reservation, guests acknowledge that they are enjoying the condo and its facilities at their own risk, and accept responsibility for themselves and anyone they invite to the property. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Occasionally, some things may stop working due to circumstances beyond our control, like power outages, internet interruptions, or cable service issues. For anything within our control, we’ll do our very best to fix it promptly during your stay—so please don’t hesitate to let us know right away if something isn’t working. While we work hard to make everything perfect, we’re not able to offer refunds or compensation for issues that can be resolved quickly or for minor things like small fabric stains. If there ever were a situation requiring a formal resolution, both parties would review and sign a simple agreement to make sure everyone feels good about the outcome.
