Guest access Please Note: Required Virtual Check-In & Safety Screening (All Stays) For the safety of other guests and neighbors in our community, you will be required to complete our secure online virtual check-in process. You will need to upload a copy of a valid photo ID and a current selfie for identity verification. This allows us to conduct identity theft prevention and guest safety screening. Additional Long Stay Requirements (For Stays of 30+ Nights) For these long-stay bookings, the primary guest must complete a soft credit screening and provide an SSN as part of our long-stay qualification process. • Minimum score: 640+ • Soft check only: this does not affect your credit score Guest Access Policy Only guests listed on the reservation or pre-approved, will have access to the apartment, and all complex amenities. If you plan to invite visitors during your stay, please ensure they are pre-approved and officially added to your reservation in advance. The building staff can then smoothly facilitate their entry. Please note that you may have at most up to two approved outside visitors at any given time. Additionally, overnight guests are limited to a maximum of five persons within the apartment at any one time. We respectfully emphasize that this policy is strictly enforced. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $1000 fine. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Your adherence helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all residents and guests. Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding parties, late-night noise, and unauthorized guests. Any violation will result in an immediate shutdown of the event, cancellation of your reservation, removal from the premises, and a $1,000 fine. To maintain the building’s serene atmosphere, we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors by adhering to our noise policy. Excessive noise, loud music, and large gatherings are prohibited at all times. Age Requirement: The minimum age for the primary booker is 21. At least one member of any guest group must be 21 years old or older. Early Check-In: Due to our thorough cleaning and sanitizing processes, apartments are typically not ready before the standard check-in time.
