The space Property Highlights: - 5 Bedrooms: Brand new memory foam mattresses, darkening shades, and plenty of storage closet space - 2 Bathrooms: Bathtub and showers located in both bathrooms. The master en-suite bathroom includes soaking tub. Both include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a seamless stay. Make-up towels are provided, please avoid using white towels for this purpose. - Spacious Living Area: The sun-drenched living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and tall ceilings. Relax on the oversized L-shaped sectional, enjoy the Smart TV, or step directly onto the deck. - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware for your stay. Please note that we follow Georgia safety regulations: the pool is Swim at Your Own Risk and no lifeguard is on duty. By booking, you agree to adhere to all posted safety rules and supervise children at all times (under Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 511-3-5) - Firepit & Cinema: Gather for s'mores or a outdoor movie on the projector screen. - Beauty Bar: A specialized station for group glam, prepping for town, or kids' dress-up. - Game Room with bar: Enjoy the game on the TV, a friendly game of foosball or break out the board games. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property aside from two locked owner's closets. Code will be provided for 4pm Check-in Other things to note - To keep our home fresh, please no smoking indoors. This will result in a $1,000 fee. Feel free to use the designated smoking spots in the front or backyard! - Please no parties (defined as having more than the number of guests in the booking). This will result in a $650 fine (deep cleaning fee)and immediate termination of your stay without a refund - Chatham County Quiet hours enforced between 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Airbnb requires the person who makes the booking (the account holder) to be present and stay at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. Third-party bookings, where one person books for others, are generally against Airbnb's policy to maintain safety, trust, and verify user profiles. This will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of your stay without a refund - If guests being pets will have a $500 fee per animal per day Please note: Hurricane season is from June 1- November 30. We will do our best to work with our guests during these type of events. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstances, they state they are 'foreseeable' therefore the host's cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather related protection.
