Check-in is self check-in with a keyless smart lock, so you can arrive any time after 4 PM. Two assigned parking spaces are included, plus first-come, first-served guest spots nearby. Solterra Resort's amenities (heated resort pool, lazy river, fitness center, bar and grill, playground, and basketball, tennis and pickleball courts) are available for a resort fee paid directly at the clubhouse (see notes below). Other things to note Please note: the private pool is not heated. The Solterra Resort pool is heated. No pets are permitted at this home. Per Solterra Resort regulations, you will be required to submit a name, phone number, and email address for each car that will enter the resort. We collect this information as part of our pre-check-in procedure. Failure to submit this information in a timely manner may delay your arrival when you reach the guard station. Our property management company is in no way connected with the Solterra Resort or the security company, but we must follow their rules and encourage our guests to do the same. After you book, we'll send a quick online registration to get your stay ready. For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.
