Welcome to Southern Dunes: Palm — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach apartment that sleeps 6, just a 1-minute walk to the sand in Jacksonville Beach. Walk out the door and you're already there. This is your base for a full beach weekend: mornings at the ocean, afternoons exploring the neighborhood, evenings at Eleven South (a 5-minute walk for mesquite-grilled sea bass) or O-Ku Sushi just a 2-minute drive away for rooftop rolls by the pier. The space The ground floor has the living room, dining area, full kitchen, one bedroom, and its private en-suite bathroom — everything you need without climbing stairs. The other two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the second floor. Guests must be able to use stairs to access the upper level. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking: full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, and pantry basics. The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to pack light for a longer stay. The shared laundry room is a common area within the building. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 2-minute drive for fishing and surf-watching. TacoLu — fish tacos and a serious tequila list — is 4 minutes away. Grab a post-beach craft stout at Engine 15 Brewing, 3 minutes down the road. For groceries, Publix is an 11-minute walk. Mayo Clinic and TPC Sawgrass are both under 15 minutes by car. Note: The nearest beach boardwalk is currently under city renovation. Direct beach access may be limited at that point. The alternative access on 9th Ave S is about one block away. Construction can occasionally happen on weekends — plan accordingly. Self check-in makes arrival easy. Before you arrive, you'll complete a check-in form, sign a rental agreement, and choose your deposit option. High-speed WiFi is included. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street — a real bonus in Jax Beach during summer. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in. Questions before you book?
