Only 5 minutes from the airport, the MX/USA line, Río area, 9 minutes from the CAS and 15 minutes from the Consulate! Equipped with the basics you need to enjoy your stay, with a parking lot for 4 cars closed with an electric gate. The space This accommodation consists of 2 apartments together on the same floor (there are no more apartments on this floor) with a total of 4 bedrooms: each room has a queen size bed. In addition to 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchens equipped with all the necessary basics, with a large private terrace with children's playground and barbecue. The apartment has the same cost for 1 to 8 people and can accommodate up to 12 people with two inflatable mattresses. After 8 guests, a fee is charged for each additional guest. Small meetings are allowed WITH EXTRA COST and respecting the building guidelines and quiet hours, before booking check additional costs and special rules, meetings held without authorization will be suspended immediately. With 2 parking spaces each for 2 sedan or SUV cars, closed with an electric gate on the ground floor of the building (there is a ramp to go up to it) To get to the apartment you have to go up /down approximately 12 stairs, always with adult supervision. We do not have an elevator. Pets are allowed as long as they are registered in the reservation, pay their fee and comply with the special rules for pets 🐶 Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment, terrace, and playground. Other things to note The Libertad neighborhood is full of seafood, birria, and taco stands. Give yourself the opportunity to experience the local food. You'll be surprised by its flavor. If you are looking for something a little more refined, you can go down 5 minutes to the river's gastronomic area where you will find the best restaurants in the city. You need to climb stairs to get to the apartment, always under adult supervision. We do not have an elevator. The area is very quiet, safe and private, and it is very close to a main boulevard (the airport one).
