The Lodge Alley Inn will take you back in time as you walk past 18th century styled buildings, but don't fret because the comforts of today's modern world have been infused to give you the best of both points in time. The space The decor in the unit compliments your environment very well and the rich pastel colors will set the tone for a relaxing stay. The amenities in the unit will make you feel right at home. Any unexpected amenity closures during your visit are out of our control and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience if this does occur. We cannot guarantee unit placement. Our historic buildings house many unique units, some requiring stairs. Downtown noise is unavoidable, but we do offer white-noise machines, ear plugs, and box fans. No daily maid service, but towel exchange is available. 7+ night stays have a mid-week cleaning option. Parking: Effective 01/01/2024, $40 per night for Bluegreen Owners; $50 per night for non-Bluegreen Owners.. Handicap parking in the Concord Garage (city public parking) located at 1 Cumberland St., or metered street parking, with a valid sticker or placard is free, however the owner must park their own vehicle. One vehicle per reservation. If someone with a handicap placard or sticker wishes to valet, they are subject to the same Owner/Non-Owner daily rates. Owners and guests may self-park in the city public parking garage located at 1 Cumberland St. for $3/hour, max $24/day without moving the vehicle (as of March 2025). After midnight or when the vehicle is moved out and back into the garage, the clock resets and $3/hour, max $24/day rate begins. No trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or oversized vehicles allowed. This facility has 2 entrances, enter on Cumberland or enter on Cone St. During your stay We manage this property off site, so we unfortunately will not have the pleasure of meeting you in person but feel free to message, email, or call us if you need anything. Also, the front desk staff is available 24 hours so if anything is needed during your stay feel free to give them a call and they'll be able to assist you. We welcome Guests arriving prior to 4pm. Guests may pre-register with the Front Desk on their day of arrival after 12 noon, unload luggage, and utilize our Valet Service. When their room is available, the Resort will call the Guest's cell phone. Pre-registration helps avoid the long waits at 4pm. Other things to note Smoking policy: No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. Minimum age for check-in: 21 years old with a valid government issued ID to present the front desk. Pet Policy: Due to concerns of allergies, noise, clean-up, potential damage to villas and the safety of others staying on property, Bluegreen does not permit owners or guests to bring their pets to managed resorts. This includes dogs, cats, birds and other animals. Service Animals, as defined by the ADA (opens in a new window), are permitted at all Bluegreen resorts. Construction Notice: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction near the resort through June 2027. This work is taking place at a neighboring property located on State and Cumberland Streets. During this time, guests may notice construction activity, including daytime noise, traffic adjustments, and visible development across the street.
