Dogs are welcome, and the whole home is yours. The space Our home sits at 11,000 feet in a private alpine enclave, 15 minutes from Breckenridge and well away from the crowds. It is a quiet, family-friendly setting with mountain and tree views, and enough room for a group of eight to spread out across two living areas on separate levels. The main level holds the primary bedroom, the kitchen, and the main living room, where a stone fireplace and exposed wood beams give the space a mountain-lodge feel. The kitchen runs on two ovens with a dining table that seats 8, so cooking for a group is easy. Downstairs, a second living room opens onto the backyard through a walk-out. Three more bedrooms complete the home: two queen rooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bath, and a fourth room with two queen beds. A private sauna, a laundry room, and a mudroom entry for gear round things out. The second-story deck is what steals the show. The private hot tub sits out there under sweeping mountain views, and it is the spot guests mention first, especially at sunset. A grill and outdoor dining area make it easy to eat in the open air. The only exception is a locked storage closet used for housekeeping and maintenance. Entry is simple and secure with keypad access at the front door closest to the garage, so no keys are required. The driveway fits four vehicles (no street parking). The garage is available for gear storage only, not vehicle parking. Other things to note House Rules •Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM •Self check-in with smart lock •8 guests maximum •Unauthorized guests are subject to a $50 per person, per night fee for anyone over 8 •Dogs welcome (2 dogs max, $100 fee per dog) •Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM •No parties or events •No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property •Booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the stay •Driveway parking only, no street parking •Please use the hot tub responsibly and keep it covered when not in use; children must be supervised at all times FAQ’s •The home sits at 11,000 feet, higher than Breckenridge itself, so you may feel the altitude more here. Take it easy the first day, hydrate, and plan accordingly. •There is no A/C, which is typical for mountain homes at this elevation. •In winter conditions and winter months, 4WD or snow tires and chains are required to reach the home. •Guests are responsible for verifying ski resort opening and closing dates before booking around them. •The garage is for gear storage only, not vehicle parking.
