Barn Studio is a dramatic loft by Reset Club, made for film nights, slow mornings, music, and the pleasure of a space that doesn't feel like anywhere you've stayed before. The space Barn Studio doesn't announce itself from the outside, and that's part of the fun You enter from the back, and then it opens up: high ceilings, a glass garage door facing a field where deer pass through in the evenings, and an 18-foot projection screen that makes every film feel like an event. Voluminous, surprising, and not at all like anywhere you've stayed before. It's one of four Catskills properties by Reset Club, built around the belief that the right environment changes what you're capable of. Every property is held to the same standard — from the linens to the Sonos — but each one has its own character. This one has a particular energy: fun, surprising, and alive. The living area is made for staying in. There's an arcade table with 400+ classic games, a record player, a Roland digital piano, a Fender guitar, and a disco ball operated by voice command. The kitchen opens onto the living space with peninsula seating and an oversized window overlooking the field. Upstairs, the sleeping loft has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a 12" rain shower head and private toilet room. On the ground floor, a second sleeping area with a full-size bed is best suited to a child or one additional adult. What you'll find when you arrive: Your arrival playlist already on. Guests have full access to the living portion of the barn: the open living area, kitchen, both sleeping areas, 1.5 bathrooms, the backyard, and parking for two vehicles. Entry is at the back of the building — walk around the right side from the street. The street-facing portion of the barn is secured owner storage and is not accessible to guests. There is also a small storage shed on the far right of the property that our team may occasionally need to access, though the guest area is designed so this won't affect your privacy. The backyard looks out over a small field and pond that deer visit regularly. The area beyond the outdoor fireplace is visible from across the street, so we ask that guests keep outdoor activity within the generous space directly behind the barn. After booking, you'll receive a Guest Agreement to sign. Please complete it promptly to confirm your reservation in our system. Your custom door code and arrival details will be sent on the morning of check-in once the agreement is on file. We're reachable via Airbnb message and SMS throughout your stay and typically respond within minutes. Other things to note Barn Studio sits across the street from Cook House, another of our properties in the area. The two can be rented together if you'd like both spaces for a group or extended family. One thing worth knowing: the neighborhood in summer can carry some ambient sound from nearby. This isn't a property we'd describe as dead-quiet. It's a property we'd describe as alive and worth it.
