There’s a deck, two car garage, vintage pac man machine, hidden bookcase door, two bathrooms, front and back yards, laundry room with full washer and dryer, and fully supplied kitchen. Great location near grocery stores, Stateline entertainment, Heavenly, recreation center, bike park, and beaches. On the deck there’s a grill, and vintage claw foot tub with hot/cold water for a clean soak under the stars. In winter we have a furnace and fireplace. In summer we have fans and portable mini cooling units. Three portable air conditioners are available in the summer. Other things to note Perfect for 8 adults plus kids.
