DEDICATED WORK SPACE: The office located just off the king bedroom downstairs contains a work desk and chair plus a sofa sleeper couch. MODERN CONVENIENCES: A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located in on the main level near the Primary Ensuite Bedroom. A fully equipped chefs kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, a massive island, Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for 15+ guests. The large dining room table is the centerpiece of the great room. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 and can be expanded to seat 12 plus the large kitchen island has additional seating. IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the master bedroom, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately. LOCATION: We are located on the southern edge of Heber Valley, close to the Walmart Shopping Center. Deer Valley's new East Village is about 10 minutes away. Park City is 18 minutes away. Sundance is 30 minutes away. Heber City is a hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible. INSECTS/ETC: Heber is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of several locked off closets. The property has a generous amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or later, we are usually booked back-to-back, so early check-ins are tricky for us, but if you get into town a little early, we can highly recommend snagging lunch at Lola's Street Kitchen followed by a walk along the Provo River Trail or perusing the shops on Main Street. WIFI: Details are provided in the digital home guide link we will send via text and email prior to your arrival TV & ENTERTAINMENT: We have multiple Smart TV's. A massive HD projector screen in the downstairs family / game room. Additional Smart TV's are located in the primary Master Suite and family room. THERMOSTAT & FIREPLACE: We determine the temperature based on time of year, but you're welcome to adjust it to your comfort. There are several thermostats that serve numerous zones in the home. You will be provided with details and instructions on how to operate these thermostats upon check in. The family room has a gas fireplace operated by a switch on the wall next to the fireplace. The Fireplace is gas and electronically ignited, It may take 10 - 20 seconds for the flame to ignite. Please turn the fireplace off if you are leaving the home or the room. PLEASE NOTE: The home is located in the Heber Valley in the shadow of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Ranges, we have a professional pest control company perform regular services, even still you can anticipate seeing wildlife around the property. Our trash is picked up early Wednesday morning, so if your stay falls on a Tuesday night we really appreciate it being taken out to the end of the driveway. Either side works great. PET FRIENDLY HOME: This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee which is added to the nightly rate when you book. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.
