Other things to note - Exterior security cameras are installed for safety of lake and highway (no interior cameras). - No pets permitted. A $125 fee will be charged for violations. - Maximum of 6 adults; minimum booking age is 25. - All guests must be listed on the reservation. Undisclosed guests may result in early termination without refund. - Indoor fireplace is not operational for guest use. Outdoor propane fire pit is available and provided. - Fire extinguisher and first-aid kit, smoke detectors are on property. 🌿 Nature & Safety Disclaimer (Florida Living) This home is located on a natural Florida lake. Wildlife—including ALLIGATORS—may be present near or in the water. Always remain aware of your surroundings, especially with children. Do not approach or feed alligators. Swimming, kayaking, and all water activities are at your own risk. Life jackets are strongly encouraged for all guests. Any damages to kayaks, or fire pit will be the sole responsibility of the guest. This home is located on a natural lake in Florida. While we maintain regular pest control, guests should expect seasonal insects, especially during warmer months. We recommend using bug spray and minimizing outdoor lighting at night. 🦟 Blind Mosquitoes (Midge Bugs): This lake experiences seasonal blind mosquitoes (also called midge bugs). They do not bite, but they are strongly attracted to light and may appear in large numbers during breeding periods, particularly at dusk and nighttime. • Turn off porch and outdoor lights when not in use • Keep doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings • Use bug spray as needed 🚫 No refunds for Mother Nature: There are no refunds for insects, wildlife, weather conditions, or any other interactions with Mother Nature. Guest registration required: For safety, insurance, and security purposes, every guest who enters the home at any time during the stay must be listed on the reservation. Please ensure the correct number of guests is registered before arrival. Undisclosed guests: Undisclosed or unregistered guests may result in early termination of the reservation without refund.
