The space This single level gated family home offers privacy, comfort, and a well planned layout ideal for families or groups. The home is thoughtfully furnished and filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. With spacious indoor living and private outdoor areas, the space is designed for relaxed everyday living and easy stays. Kitchen The kitchen is bright, functional, and designed for both quick meals and full cooking. It features premium cabinetry with warm wooden finishes, generous counter space, and modern appliances. Guests will find everything needed for daily use, including a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Cookware, dishes, glassware, and essential kitchen tools are neatly organized and ready for use, making the space both inviting and practical. Bedrooms & Bathrooms The home includes three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a double bed with a trundle that pulls out into a twin bed, equipped with a dedicated workspace. A second full bathroom with a tub is conveniently located for shared use. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for all guests. Living & Dining The main living area is open and comfortable, with a spacious couch and TV that make it easy to relax together. The dining area is set separately, providing a dedicated space for meals, work, or casual gatherings. Heating and central air conditioning ensure year round comfort throughout the home. Outdoor space Step outside to a fully private, gated backyard designed for both dining and relaxation. The covered patio with sail shade offers an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs, creating a comfortable space to enjoy meals or unwind in the open air. Parking Secure gated parking is available on site and can accommodate up to four vehicles. Street parking is also available upon request. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the private backyard and patio. The property is fully gated and accessed through a private entrance, offering a secure and comfortable stay. Gated on-site parking is available and can accommodate up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available upon request. Guests will have exclusive use of the home throughout their stay. Other things to note Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Airbnb has a strict no-party policy. A $600 fine will be issued for any party-related activity, and violators risk permanent removal from Airbnb. No unregistered visitors are allowed unless pre-cleared with the host. No overnight guests outside the reservation. No smoking inside the house. Any evidence of smoking indoors, including lingering odors in the furniture or linens, will result in a $500 cleaning fee. To maintain cleanliness, pets are not allowed on any furniture, and a $200 additional cleaning fee applies for excessive fur or mess. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper in the toilets, and use it sparingly. Also, never pour cooking oil down the drain; trash bins are provided under the sink for safe disposal. Guests will be charged for any stained, heavily soiled, or damaged linens. The house features central heating and AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and we provide fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent for your stay. A high chair and portable playpen are available upon request. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. An additional hourly fee applies for check-ins before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-outs after the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM.
