Pool & exterior maintenance: The pool and outdoor area receive regular professional maintenance. A licensed pool technician and/or our maintenance team may access the exterior/pool area during your stay to service the pool (cleaning, chemical balancing, filter check) and remove leaves or debris. The property receives a minimum of one to two visits per week during daytime hours. The pool company does not provide a schedule or advance notice, so we are not able to inform guests of the day or time. Service is exterior only — no one enters the interior of the home. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to this exterior maintenance access.
