BEDROOMS The 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 to 12 adults comfortably. One Queen and one full sofa bed on the lower level accommodates 2 adults. Replacement cost will be requested through Airbnb if items such as games, pool cues, or golf equipment are removed.” • Please return spa or pool towels to the house - There is a 20 dollars charge for missing or stained towels , the linen company charges the hosts the cost and we collect it from the guests. The roads are paved and is part of a beautiful community!! • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events • No refunds are provided for weather-related issues or natural disasters, including but not limited to snow, ice, storms, flooding, road closures, power outages, or utility interruptions • Guests are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts and travel advisories before and during their stay Wildlife Safety (Important) • Wildlife is common in the Smoky Mountains (bears, deer, turkeys) • Do not leave food, coolers, or scented items outside or in vehicles • Keep doors and windows closed at all times • Never approach or feed wildlife • Children must be supervised outdoors at all times Hot Tub & Fireplace Use • Hot tub use is at your own risk. Please cover hot tub when not in use. • Children must be supervised at all times • Do not exceed posted occupancy limits • No glass near the hot tub • Fireplaces are seasonal and may be unavailable during warmer months Noise, Parties & Community Rules • Located in a quiet, gated, family-oriented community • No parties, events, or large gatherings • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Excessive noise may result in fines or immediate termination of stay • Community Indoor pool access in the winter and outdoor pool access in the summer - Spa and pool towels in the cabinet in the game room- Please return all towels back to the cabin to avoid fees.
