One of the home’s most memorable features is a hidden spiral staircase tucked off a bonus space, leading up to a private upstairs balcony. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, game room, and the private deck. You’ll receive a unique smart lock entry code before arrival, so you can check in easily at your scheduled time without needing to meet in person. Parking is simple with a two-car garage and a two-car driveway (up to four vehicles total). The garage and driveway are exclusively for guest use. Guests also have access to all indoor amenities (smart TVs, fast WiFi, arcade and board games) and outdoor features (gas fire table and gas grill, both connected and no tanks to manage). The spiral staircase and private balcony upstairs are part of your space as well. For security and transparency, there are exterior cameras covering the front door and garage entry areas only — there are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
