Spacious 4 beds 2.5 baths with huge outdoor pool, patio, outdoor bar & grill & tons of parking for boats or RV. Located right down the street from a public boat ramp and just a short golf cart ride to the beach, shops & restaurants. Master bed on main floor with private bathroom -dual sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub. Cozy kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite island and counters, breakfast area plus 3 stools at breakfast bar. Laundry room is on the 1st floor by the kitchen. 2 Pet max. The space This is a 4 bed 2.5 bath home with tons of outdoor entertaining areas. The master bedroom and private bath are on the main floor with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. There is a half bath also on the main floor, with laundry room located next to the kitchen. There are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo in the hallway upstairs. The dining area by the kitchen has a table that seats about 5 people and there are 3 more stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has a 2 story ceiling and large TV you can see from the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters and island, stainless steel appliances, stove, microwave, fridge with ice maker plus additional ice maker and wine cooler. There are lots of extra appliances for whatever you want to cook - even a bread maker and rice maker. The back door from the kitchen leads to the pool area with tons of patio space and deck furniture. You can play cornhole, hit a golf ball on the putting green, or sit on the front porch rocking chairs. The 6 seater gas golf cart at the property can be rented as an add on for 100/day or 350/week based on lowest rates in the area. Please make sure any drivers have insurance and a DL. The beach, boat ramp, golf course, shops and restaurants are all just a short golf cart ride away! Owner accepts pets but there is a limit of 2 per reservation due to cleaning fees. (Please make sure to remove all pet waste before check out) ****PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CLEAN GRILL IF YOU HAVE USED IT. Guest access Easy self check in with keypad entry at front or back door. Other things to note The only house rules are: 1. No smoking inside (there are ashtrays outside). 2. No glass by the pool. Please use the plastic glasses in the cabinets for drinks near the pool. 3. Please do not set the AC any lower than 68 degrees as that will cause it to freeze up and not produce cold air. 4. Please do not put anything super hot directly on the breakfast table or it will cause the wrap (pics of planets) to melt :) The house should be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival, but due to the movement with doors opening while guests are coming and going loading cars, and cleaning crews are coming in and out it may take a little longer the first day to obtain the desired temperature. When checking out, we ask that you leave the thermostat at 70-75 in the warmer months and heat to 60-65 in the cooler months.
