When summer arrives, Kirkwood becomes a high-alpine playground with scenic hiking and biking trails, pristine lakes, and peaceful rivers. The space The room features two Queen beds, a small kitchen and dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a full bathroom, making it perfect for both weekend getaways and longer stays. Guests enjoy a dedicated garage parking space along with access to a welcoming common area with couches and tables, ideal for gathering or relaxing after a day outdoors. Step out onto the back deck to take in the fresh mountain air. Located right on the meadow, you’ll have direct access to hiking trails in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter — true four-season adventure just outside your door. Guest access You will have access to the whole unit. During your stay We are available 24hrs via message, text and call for any questions or concerns. We are also available in person during normal business hours or in the case of an emergency. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub and radiant heat to the building will be shut off during the spring and summer months (May through October). During this time, your heat source is a portable heater left in the room. Please fully read our Cancellation Policy as well as Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy prior to booking. Kirkwood is a mountain town and can get a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
