Outdoor living The backyard is made for both relaxing and recharging. The private pool is heated and open year-round from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a private hot tub is on hand for quieter moments. Sun loungers line the patio for soaking up the California sun, and a BBQ grill with an outdoor dining area makes al fresco meals simple. The private patio itself offers a peaceful spot to gather at the end of the day. Indoor comfort Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable in any season, and the living area offers plenty of seating for movie nights or winding down together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender on hand, plus dishes and silverware for the whole group. Gather around the dining table for meals in, or grab a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Sleeping arrangements Across 6 bedrooms and 11 beds, there’s space for everyone to settle in comfortably. Each room comes with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, and bathrooms are stocked with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer - so there’s little to pack beyond the essentials. Family-friendly touches Traveling with little ones is easier here, with a pack ‘n play/travel crib and high chair on-site. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
