This Anaheim home is built for families who want room to spread out and a private space to return to after a day of theme parks, beaches, or whatever the trip calls for. Outdoor living The backyard is the heart of the stay. The private pool runs year-round, heated and open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving everyone a place to cool off between adventures. Step over to the hot tub when it’s time to slow down, or settle onto the sun loungers with a book. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture on the private patio make it simple to cook and eat outside, and quiet mornings on the patio are just as easy to come by as lively evenings. Indoor comfort Central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter the season, and the open living areas give the group plenty of room to gather. Settle in with the TV with Roku, or stay connected on Wifi for streaming or work. The kitchen is set up for real cooking: a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware, all arranged around a dining table built for shared meals. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms and eight beds sleep up to 13 guests. Every bed comes with linens, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for anyone who wants more. An iron is available for last-minute touch-ups before a park day. Bathrooms Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and reliable hot water, so mornings move quickly even with a full house. Laundry and essentials A free in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easier, whether that means swimsuits after a pool day or clothes for a week-long trip. Family-friendly touches Traveling with little ones is straightforward here, with a pack ‘n play and high chair ready to go. Premium strollers are also available to rent, including single, double, and double-with-triple-attachment options, so getting around the parks or the neighborhood is one less thing to pack. Beach days and pets Beach gear can be requested, subject to availability, for anyone planning a coastal day trip. This home is pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $25 per night. Safety and access Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and pool area, and the home includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in with a smart lock means arrival happens on your own schedule, with a private entrance separate from the street. Getting around A private entrance and free parking on the premises make coming and going simple, and the location puts Disneyland just minutes away, with Southern California’s beaches and attractions an easy drive from the door. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans,1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 13 guests total including infants (8 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
