If you are traveling to Nashville, visiting a someone in the Brentwood/ Smyrna/Nolensville/LaVergne area and need a clean, quiet space to stay- please come stay a while! I have a beautiful brand new home in a quiet little neighborhood. This is a shared-home stay. I live in the home and rent out a private guest room, so you'll be sharing the house with me during your stay. I strive to provide a comfortable, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. Convenient to I24. The space I have a three bedroom two level home. The guest room would be yours for your stay on the second floor with other bedrooms, the guest bath (yours) and the laundry room. Downstairs is the living/dining and kitchen. Quiet, very clean and beautifully decorated. As of Jan 2026 the room is furnished with a high top air mattress. It sleeps like a regular bed. My hope is to upgrade this soon! The house is 1.5 miles from the I-24 exit (Waldron Road) and 5-10 min from shopping and restaurants (Mostly Fast food,). Tanger Outlets are a short 15 min drive. Drive into Nashville or BNA is 30 minutes depending on traffic. Guest access You will have access to your room, second floor, guest bathroom (fully yours), laundry room, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Free parking is in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. During your stay I am a quick phone call or text away. I enjoy people and I'm very extroverted so I'll enjoy chatting. I do like to meet and greet those who stay with me for my comfort level. I'm able to tell if you need your space and happy to give you quiet! :) Other things to note The Bedroom does have a lock from the inside!
