With warm, inviting interiors and a thoughtfully laid-out space, this home is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, working, or spending time with loved ones. Enjoy comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living area designed for both downtime and connection. **Pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day–Labor Day, 9 AM–6 PM. You’ll love the location—just steps from local restaurants and a nearby supermarket, making it easy to grab a meal out or prepare something cozy at home. Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and nearby pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts—perfect for balancing relaxation and recreation during your stay. One parking spot is included per unit. Any additional vehicle parked in the building will require an extra parking pass, which is available for $75 per pass. Please note that lost or unreturned parking passes will also incur a $75 replacement fee. We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for the first two pets and $50 for each additional pet. Please note: We host multiple apartments within the same building. While furnishings may differ slightly from the photos, each unit is styled with the same level of quality, comfort, and care. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and everyday essentials to make your stay easy and convenient: • Toaster • Stove & oven • Refrigerator & freezer • Microwave • Dishwasher • Coffee maker & kettle • Blender • Pots & pans • Cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil) • Wine opener & wine glasses Spilled something during your stay? No problem! Laundry facilities are available in the building for a small fee, so you can keep everything fresh and ready to go. Guest access You will have access to your unit as well as the building's shared amenities (laundry room, ball courts, seasonal pool, grassy areas). Other things to note By Booking, you agree to all our house rules: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, etc will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am. Smoking and vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Pets - All pets need to have been registered before your stay. If there is an unregistered pet, you will be assessed a $500 fee and a penalty of $50 per day until it is remedied. If you make a mess beyond “normal” usage, we ask that you please tidy up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in extreme disarray.
