Street parking is NOT allowed. ☑️ GUEST SAFETY & PRIVACY • For your safety and privacy, an Arlo camera is installed to monitor the front exterior ONLY. There are no indoor cameras. • A Minut noise sensor is installed in the living area and backyard to ensure local noise compliance. It monitors decibels only and does NOT record audio. 📺 SMART TV & STREAMING All of the home’s TVs can stream from various platforms, including Netflix, Disney+, and more.
