The fully renovated white kitchen and two updated bathrooms offer modern style and everyday functionality—one bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the guest bath includes a tub/shower combination. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a smart TV and an electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach or exploring Fort Myers. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire home and the private fenced backyard during their stay. The home features self check-in using a Kwikset smart lock. A personalized access code will be provided prior to arrival. Parking is available in the private 3-car driveway located directly in front of the home. Please note that street parking is not permitted. There are no shared interior spaces. The entrance, patio, backyard, and driveway are all exclusively for guest use. It monitors the front entrance only and does not record inside the home or backyard. A propane tank is provided for the fire pit; however, propane refills are not included and can be exchanged locally if needed.
