This is the perfect place to come and enjoy everything the area of Lake Tahoe has to offer whether outside in nature or going for some great shopping and eating out. The space ● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. ● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. ● Two (2) cars maximum allowed* Renters are required to properly display a host- provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. ● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. ● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm. ● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster. Other things to note You'll rent the upstairs townhome of a two-unit building. Each unit is separate and has a completely private stay and entrance. No parties; hotel/condo noise level required for everyone's enjoyment. You'll only have one parking spot in the parking lot in front of the unit. No early check-ins or late check-outs permitted Code for door will be in the initial email Airbnb sends you when you book along with easy driving directions. Cats are not allowed at this home $5 per garbage bag charge for additional trash bags left after the stay. In order to comply with Lake Tahoe's Vacation Rental Ordinance for occupancy and parking, the exterior of this home is monitored by a video camera. The Property has one security camera facing the front yard/driveway area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Please note that as a requirement for booking our Airbnb, guests will be asked to sign an electronic rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your stay, including house rules, payment details, and cancellation policies. We kindly ask that you carefully review and agree to the terms of the rental agreement before booking. Pet Addendum to Rental Agreement Pets permitted in rental home only as arranged in advance. The addition of any other pet is prohibited without prior approval. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your dog. To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms: Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) that exceeds the policy limit or is not covered under the damage insurance policy. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s) credit card on file or via the platform (Airbnb/VRBO) you booked through. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. Reno Tahoe Rentals, LLC, and/or the Owners are not responsible for guests’ dog(s). Guests agree to pay agents promptly for any damage, loss or expense caused by their pets. Repairs to screening on the porch will be assessed at labor charges for rescreening if your dog(s) break through the screen for any reason. All excess dog hair will be swept, vacuumed or otherwise picked up and removed from the inside of the unit prior to departure. “Vicious or Dangerous Dogs” trained for dog fighting or with any tendency or disposition to attack any dog other domestic animals or humans without provocation, are not permitted at any time. Any dog with a recorded history of biting is strictly prohibited.
