Fees are based on the requested time and cleaning schedule, typically ranging from $50–$150. Requests for very early check-in or extended late checkout may require a higher partial-day fee. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, private pool area, and game room. The only spaces not accessible to guests are designated owner supply closets, which are used for property storage and maintenance items. You will also have access to the community amenities at the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, in accordance with resort guidelines. The home features convenient keyless entry, allowing for seamless self check-in and privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Other Things to Note • Primary Guest Requirement: The booking guest must be 21 years or older and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. • No Parties or Events: This home is designed for family vacations and group stays. Parties, large gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. • Quiet Hours: Community quiet hours must be respected, typically between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Pool Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Please ensure doors to the pool area remain closed when not in use. • Pool Heat Disclaimer: If purchased, pool heating must be reserved at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water temperature is affected by outdoor weather conditions and may not reach desired levels during colder periods. • Resort Access: Access to the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate is subject to community rules and capacity limits. Guests must follow all posted guidelines. • Gate Access: Names of all guests over 18 years old may be required prior to arrival for community registration and security clearance. • Security & Monitoring: For safety purposes, exterior security cameras may be installed at entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home. • Maintenance Access: In rare situations, emergency maintenance may need access to protect the property or guest safety. Guests will be notified whenever possible. • Starter Supplies: A complimentary starter kit is provided for arrival and the first night. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during extended stays. • Travel Insurance Recommended: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected cancellations or weather-related disruptions.
