Enjoy a spacious, bright private bedroom in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room features comfortable bedding, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. Guests may use the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and EV charging. Green River College is 20 minutes by direct bus, SeaTac Airport is 25 minutes by car, and Bellevue or Seattle is 35–40 minutes away. 10 mins Walk to Grocery, LA fitness and restaurants; Costco is a 5-minute drive. Guest access The home’s main entrance is secured with a smart lock. Before check-in, you will receive an access link and instructions for downloading the entry app. Once inside, proceed upstairs, where a welcome card outside the bedroom door will help you identify your room. Your private bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet and a lockable door. You will receive your own room key for added privacy and peace of mind. Other things to note House Rules Welcome!
