REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Please update your reservation through Airbnb if your group size changes. No unregistered visitors. 🌙 2. QUIET HOURS & NO PARTIES Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise low, especially in outdoor areas and the driveway. Parties, events, large gatherings, and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are strictly prohibited. Our home is best suited for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway. 🐶 3. No Pets Allowed. Violation incurs a $300 fine + cleaning/repair costs. Please understand that we love animals. However, we are also hosting children who are severely allergic to certain chemical/animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate guest with pet and service dog at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 🚭 4. NO SMOKING OR DRUG Smoking and recreational drug use are prohibited anywhere on the property. Additional cleaning or damage costs may apply if violations result in documented expenses. 📦 5. DELIVERIES Food deliveries (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) are welcome! However, mail and package deliveries through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers are not permitted. 🧹 6. PLEASE CARE FOR OUR HOME Help us keep the home beautiful for everyone! Do not flush paper towels, wipes, sanitary products, or foreign objects. Please avoid stains from makeup, lotions, oils, or wet clothing on furniture and bedding. Report accidental damage promptly. Guests may be responsible for documented damage or additional cleaning costs beyond normal wear and tear, subject to Airbnb's policies. ⛈️ 7. UNEXPECTED DISRUPTIONS No reimbursement will take place due to events outside our scope that could include, but are not limited to: inclement weather, power outage, water & gas supply, internet services, TV programs or channels, force majeure events, street events, noise generated by concerts, works, events, constructions, necessary repairs inside and outside the building and/or any other that is beyond the host control. 🎒 8. LEFT-BEHIND BELONGINGS Please double-check your belongings before checkout! Items left behind will be held for up to 7 calendar days. Return shipping may be arranged for the shipping cost plus a $25 handling fee. 🛡️ 9. SAFETY & PERSONAL BELONGINGS You agree to hold yourself liable for any kind of injuries, accidents, damages, theft or any other event inside or outside the property during their stay. We strongly recommend our guests to take their precautions and purchase travel insurance to be covered from these risks. 📹 10. OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS For property security, active recording cameras are located in the driveway, front yard, backyard, and side yard. There are NO indoor cameras. All devices operate in accordance with Airbnb's policies and applicable privacy laws. 💧 11. DRINKING WATER & ICE As a small welcome gesture, we provide a few complimentary bottles of drinking water to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival. Please note that this is a one-time starter supply and will not be replenished during your stay. Guests are kindly asked to arrange any additional drinking water they may need. The refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker are not connected to the water supply, so please plan accordingly for additional drinking water and ice. 🔧 12. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Our maintenance team may occasionally access the side yard for weekly trash collection and the garage for supplies. Essential maintenance or emergency repairs may also require access to the home, with advance notice whenever possible and in accordance with applicable law. 🚗 13. STREET PARKING RESTRICTIONS Street parking is prohibited on Fridays due to street sweeping. Please follow all posted parking signs to avoid citations. ❤️ THANK YOU FOR BEING A WONDERFUL GUEST!
