Fully private cozy charming cottage, with great AC, artfully decorated with distressed wooden floors and very conveniently located near the Super-Dome, Convention. Center and just a 15 minute walk to French Quarter High-speed wifi and mounted smart TV! I am Superhost with over 900 reviews! Great communication and response time and knowledgeable about New Orleans. I live on the property in another unit along with my two outdoor cats. It's a very quiet block off the CBD! The space Intimate and private, the studio cottage is a separate unit at the back of the main house off the street with distressed wood floors, fridge and microwave. A minute walk to the CBD and 15 minutes to the French Quarter! The neighborhood is a quiet sanctuary from the party atmosphere of Frenchmen Street and the Quarter, with the Superdome and CBD in the background. Walk over a few blocks to St. Charles and you can ride the streetcar down to Canal or up to the Garden District, here is one of many reviews!
