Everything is less than 15 minutes away. The space 🚗 Parking: ⚠️ Notes to consider regarding the space: We currently have compact parking space. ⚠️ If you have a large car, you can mention it before booking. 🚽🚿🚾 Bathroom: ⚠️ Our bathroom is functional but compact. It is designed to make the most of the space, so it might be a bit cramped if you prefer very large areas. ❄️🐧 Air Conditioning: ⚠️ Only in the living and dining room area. 📍 About the neighborhood: Our property is located in a popular residential neighborhood of Tijuana (Infonavit Murúa). It's not a luxury tourist area, but an authentic local neighborhood. What we lack in luxury aesthetics, we make up for with a strategic location. 🎧 About the neighborhood atmosphere: Being in a residential area like Murúa, sometimes our neighbors are in a festive mood, and you might hear music or outside noise. It’s part of the local ambience! Guest access You'll be able to self-access. However, please remember that the patio is shared. 🔒🪧 Other things to note 🍴🥤 We are in an area where there are many places to eat or buy food, whether you cook at home or want to order for home delivery. Roast chicken, birria, roast meat tacos and adobada, Steamed tacos, pizzerias, tostilocos and sweets, Chinese food, La Posta Sushi, corn tortilla stands, flour tortilla stands. OXXO and Calimax. All of these are very close by, whether you have a car or not. 🛵 If you don't want to go out, most of these places have home delivery through Uber Eats, Didi or Rappi. They get to this area very quickly! ⛺️ On Monday and Saturday mornings, just one street away you'll find a flea market, or "sobre ruedas" as we call it here. 🙂 On Thursday, there will only be a few clothing and other stalls in addition to food stalls. Take a look around—you might find a good deal. 😉 🩱🩳🏖 There is also a very famous beach resort nearby called “El Vergel.”
