A linen package consisting of sheets for every bed, two towels and two washcloths for every guest (based on the property’s maximum occupancy), bath mats, hand towels, and a kitchen towel set will be provided. INCLUDED STARTER SUPPLIES: Mattress covers, pillows, and comforters or bedspreads on all beds; a small bar of soap at each sink; one roll of toilet paper per bathroom; and one trash bag per trash can. Guests are responsible for bringing additional toiletries, detergents, spices, and other consumable items beyond the starter supplies provided. AGE & OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and all guest groups must be consistent with family-style occupancy. Parties, special events, and group gatherings are not permitted at the property. IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to verify the primary renter. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION: Surfside Realty Company professionally manages this property.
