There is no lifeguard on duty. • Beach Gear Provided: We provide beach essentials for guest use, including chairs and basic beach gear to make your beach days easier and more enjoyable. Please rinse off sand before returning items. • Golf Cart Rental: House does have option to rent golf cart on site for additional fee. • Quiet Hours: We are located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 6 AM out of respect for neighbors. No parties or large events permitted. • No Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
