However, the heart of the home is towards the very back where a spacious living room opens on to the kitchen with a view of the sparkling pool outback. You’ll likely be spending most of your time here. The living room is equipped with one of the 2 large TVs in the house. It’s perfect for gathering and entertaining. From here, you can head-on to the bright, fully loaded kitchen where you’ll find you have everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don’t worry, we’ll do it for you. ⸻ NO INDOOR SMOKING Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. ⸻ POOL Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate, so no one will need to enter the home. NOT HEATED POOL ⸻ LANDSCAPING A landscaper services the property once per week ⸻ SECURITY CAMERAS For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. ⸻ HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. ⸻ PEST CONTROL This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. - CLOSED BEDROOM - The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 10 or more guests. - FIREPLACE NOTE - Our fireplace is gas operated.
