You may occasionally hear footsteps or movement if the upstairs unit is occupied. Please note that this unit is a basement-level space with lower ceiling heights than a standard home. Guests who are taller may be able to reach or touch the ceiling in certain areas. The bathroom is compact in size, including a smaller shower area, which is reflected in the layout of the space.
