BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: King Suite 1: Ground Level, King Bed King Suite 2: Ground Level, King Bed KID FRIENDLY: The home is stocked with a Pack-N-Play crib and High Chair. There are no interior stairs or fireplaces The hot tub is also protected by a cover that is too heavy for a child to operate. The home is cleaned with all natural cleaning products, all shampoos soaps and sundry cleaning items left for our guests are also natural products. The neighborhood has a large park with walking paths, playground, and a small lake. There are several world class mountain biking trails you can ride to from the home. MODERN CONVENIENCES: A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen entry area. A fully equipped kitchen with an Island features a fridge, Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for up to 12+ guests. The large dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen island has additional seating for another 2. Coffee service is a traditional drip as well as an electric kettle. We provide ground coffee and various supplies, sweetener and creamer packets. You’ll also find a blender, Stand Mixer and crock pot tucked away. IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the views in the living room, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately. LOCATION: LOCATION: We are located on the northern edge of Heber Valley, close to downtown. Deer Valley's new East Village and Soldier Hollow are both about 10 minutes away. Park City is 18 minutes away. Sundance is 30 minutes away. Heber City is a hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the comfort of this amazing home. INSECTS/ETC: Park City is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services (uses natural and botanical oils) to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. PARKING & FACILITIES: - Hot Tub - Gas BBQ - Two Driveway Parking Spaces (Street Parking is not allowed) included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of several locked off closets. The property has a generous amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
