A convenient, relaxing place to recharge! The space **Studio Living + Sleeping Area** Open-concept space with a comfortable setup for up to 4 guests. Includes a sleeping area and small sitting space: • Queen bed • Queen-size futon • TV • Wardrobe for clothing storage • Small desk and chair **Kitchenette** More than the basics, but not a full kitchen. Great for light cooking, reheating, and takeout: • Mini fridge • Microwave • Coffee maker + electric kettle • Portable induction cooktop • Pots, pans, dishware, utensils, and glassware • Dining table with seating for up to 4 • No oven and no dishwasher **Bathroom** Private full bathroom with shower, stocked with basic essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. **Washer & Dryer** Available for guest use upon request. Perfect for longer stays. Please use reasonably, as this is a shared amenity. **Private Entrance & Parking** • Separate entrance with keypad access • Designated parking spot under the carport **A Shared Home** The studio is on the lower level of our family home. While fully private, you may hear occasional footsteps and light daytime noise from above. **Traveling with Little Ones** Family-friendly amenities available upon request, including a crib, high chair, and other necessities! Guest access Guests have full private access to the studio via a separate entrance with keypad entry. You’ll have exclusive use of: • The entire studio space • Private bathroom • Kitchenette • In-unit living and sleeping areas You’ll also have access to: • Designated parking spot under the carport (plus street parking usually available) • Washer and dryer (available upon request, shared with the main home) The studio is part of our home but fully separate. There is no access to the main house or backyard. Other things to note • This is a lower-level studio in a family home. We’re a family with young kids and a friendly dog, so some light daytime noise is possible. • Quiet hours are from 10pm–8am. This is a calm, residential space and not suitable for parties or events. • The space is best suited for low-key stays. • Daytime visitors are welcome, but no additional overnight guests. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors. • The kitchenette is designed for light cooking (no oven). Please wash any used dishes and feel free to leave them in the drying rack. • The driveway is a small hill. The designated parking spot is the left space under the carport.
