Relax in this 1bedroom/1bathroom condo located in the sweet spot of Litchfield Resort. Family friendly area with kids pool area as well as access to private resort beach parking. You can walk the paved walkways throughout the resort as well as to beach access entrances or you can drive to the beach parking. Well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and dine on the balcony with a pond view. Walk to Starbucks or ice cream shops! Grocery, restaurants, dining close by! The space Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor to this 1 BR condo with a fully equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops, a bathroom with tile shower, a cozy living room with a TV, and a balcony. Towels and linens are provided. Bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You can walk to the beach on paved sidewalks in less than 1/2 mile. Or, you can drive and park right at the resort beach parking. *Pool/beach towels are provided! Guest access Free parking onsite. You can rent bikes onsite and walk to the beach and enjoy all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - tennis and pickleball courts, beach parking, outdoor shower at the beach, and scenic walking paths. You might need a car to get around town to enjoy some of the top restaurants and shopping in the area. Other things to note There are washers and dryers on the 1st floor if laundry is needed. The machines only take card payments. We do not provide house cleaning services during your stay. *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay. *Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
