The park area is maintained by the HOA and belongs to the community, please be good neighbors and share this space charitably. BACK YARD: All landscaping is in with front lawns, rear decks, 2 Bullfrog Hot Tubs and amazing Views of Mount Timpanogos MODERN CONVENIENCES: A full size washer and dryers are conveniently located upstairs near the king ensuite bedrooms. 2 fully equipped chefs kitchens featureing high end appliances, massive islands, Professional Gas oven/ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, toasters, Coffee Service, butlers pantries and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for 32 guests. The large dining room tables are the centerpiece of the great rooms. The dining room tables comfortably seats 10 ea plus the large kitchen islands have additional seating. IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the master bedroom balcony, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately. LOCATION: We are located on the northern edge of Heber Valley, close to downtown. Deer Valley's new East Village is about 10 minutes away. Park City is 18 minutes away. Sundance is 30 minutes away. Heber City is a hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible. INSECTS/ETC: Heber is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access You will have access to both entire homes with the exception of several locked off closets. The properties have a generous amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily. Other things to note CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or later, we are usually booked back-to-back, so early check-ins are tricky for us, but if you get into town a little early, we can highly recommend snagging lunch at Lola's Street Kitchen followed by a walk along the Provo River Trail or perusing the shops on Main Street. WIFI: Details are provided in the digital home guide link we will send via text and email prior to your arrival TV & ENTERTAINMENT: We have multiple Smart TV's. 85" Smart TVs in the downstairs family / game rooms. Additional Smart TV's are located in the primary Master Suites and family room. THERMOSTAT & FIREPLACE: We determine the temperature based on time of year, but you're welcome to adjust it to your comfort. There are several thermostats that serve numerous zones in the home. You will be provided with details and instructions on how to operate these thermostats upon check in. The family rooms have gas fireplaces operated by a switch on the wall next to the fireplace. The Fireplace is gas and electronically ignited, It may take 10 - 20 seconds for the flame to ignite. Please turn the fireplace off if you are leaving the home or the room. PLEASE NOTE: These homes are located in the foothills of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Ranges, we have a professional pest control company perform regular services, even still you can anticipate seeing wildlife around the property. Our trash is picked up early Wednesday morning, so if your stay falls on a Tuesday night we really appreciate it being taken out to the end of the driveway. Either side works great. Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
