Welcome to Your Relaxing 8BDR Home Away from Home! Perfect for family vacations or relaxing getaways, our home offers space, comfort, and convenience. The space This home comfortably accommodates up to 18 overnight guests, making it an excellent choice for family vacations, multigenerational gatherings, and group getaways. First Floor: • 2 bedrooms with convenient access to full bathrooms. • Primary suite featuring a private en-suite bathroom. • Half bathroom for guests. Second Floor: • 2 bedrooms with king-size beds. • 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. • 1 bedroom featuring two twin-size beds. • 1 spacious bunk bed room with full-size beds, which some families choose to share among 3–4 guests. Additional Living Spaces: Beyond the bedrooms, guests can enjoy two separate common areas: the main living room downstairs and a spacious upstairs loft. These areas provide additional room for families to gather, relax, and spend quality time together. We encourage guests to review the bedroom arrangements in advance to ensure everyone in their party is comfortable with their sleeping accommodations. Guest access 🏡 Entirely yours during your stay! This includes: laundry, private pool, games area, etc. 🔥 Optional add-ons like grill rental or pool heating are only available if pre-arranged — ask about our prices! 🏊‍♀️ Amenities Info You have full access to the resort style amenities! Grand pool, splash pad area, lazy river, restaurant/lounge, indoor kid’s activity center, another game room, outdoor playground, soccer field, basketball and volleyball court. Stop by the clubhouse and fill out the daily pool waiver with your info (name, rental address, number of guests). Other things to note During your stay — • Please report any cleaning or maintenance issues within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. • Reporting issues quickly allows us to resolve them faster—for example, letting us know that the Wi-Fi hasn’t worked for two days may delay the fix. • We manage multiple homes in this community. Keep in mind that emergencies will be addressed ASAP. However, if our team is occupied, a non-emergency could take up to 24hrs to be addressed. Weekend requests may take up to 48–72hrs. Pet Policy: • This is a pet-free home. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. • Grill Rental or Pool Heat — is an optional and will be available, if pre-arranged. Ask about of prices! Hot tub/Spa: It is attached to the pool. If you prefer it hot, you must reserve pool heat. The pool and spa have the same heating system. Safety: • All children must be with their parent or legal guardian at all times. Do not leave any children unattended in the home or pool at any moment. Vehicle/Parking Limits: ◦ 8–9BDR: MAX 5 vehicles • No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed. Mini vans, and SUVs are fine and do not count as an oversized vehicle. ❗ Garage access is not included unless we’ve said otherwise. No Smoking Indoors: • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. • We perform chemical smoke detection after each stay to ensure a clean, safe environment for all guests. No Parties Allowed: • “Events” such as small intimate gatherings must be pre-approved in writing. This is a family-friendly resort with 24/7 security. • Please keep noise to a minimum—no DJ equipment or large speakers (over 12” x 5”) are permitted.
