Other things to note Your stay includes support from our local team to ensure a smooth stay. • No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750) • Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM • No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500) • Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay) • Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety • Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee • Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas Our goal is to provide a calm, boutique experience for every guest. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy (14+ Nights) For stays exceeding 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks to maintain the property and your comfort. Fee: $150 per refresh What’s Included: Full Linen Swap: Freshly laundered bed linens and towels. Deep Clean: Sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms. Floor Care: Professional vacuuming and mopping. Restock: Replenishing essentials like coffee, paper products, and toiletries. Trash Removal: Clearing all trash and recycling.
