Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Make yourself at home and enjoy the space without sharing with other guests. You’ll be provided with a convenient self check-in experience using a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Your unique access code will be sent prior to check-in for a smooth and secure arrival. Parking is available on-site, with space for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Please note: Any locked closets or storage areas are reserved for owner/cleaning use and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note House Rules No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted. Please respect the home and our neighbors at all times. Bachelor/Bachelorette Groups: We happily welcome these groups! However, glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited inside or outside the home due to cleaning and maintenance challenges. Registered Guests Only: All guests must be included on the reservation. No unregistered visitors or additional guests are allowed in the home at any time without prior approval. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning fees. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during evening hours, to respect the surrounding community. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 7am. Occupancy Limits: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight unless approved in advance. Respect the Property: Please treat the home as if it were your own—any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests when possible. When available, these requests are subject to a $150 fee and are strictly dependent on our cleaning schedule and same-day turnovers. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Rule Violations Fee: Any violation of house rules—including unapproved guests, parties/events, smoking indoors, or glitter/confetti use—will result in a minimum $200 fine per incident, in addition to any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred.
